Cool Trick

I found that whenever you are done working or what ever you do,when you are ready to go home,walk out of the building.Then press C.Click the bag button then the home button in the bottom left corner of it.Then,whenever you come out of your house,you will be in your car,ready to go to work.

(NOTE:You will have to repeat this every time since you cannot open the bag in buildings or go in with the car.)

I have also found out that if you have the television (When you have the 2nd home in the bank,and the TV cost 2,500$)that you can get even more intelligence than using the school's class.Since you can watch the News from 0 to 24 hours of the day,and you get 2 intelligence,you basically can get 50 intelligence from the TV for free,of course after buying it.

Also,don't use the stock market thing on the computer,it won't make you much money as farming cash as working as CEO.
